Installing a Plugin:

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin.
  4. Select your plugin file and click Install Now.
  5. Once installed, click Activate.

Installing a Theme:

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Appearance > Themes.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. To upload, click Upload Theme and select your theme file. Click Install Now.
  5. If selecting from the list, preview it first, then click Install.
  6. After installation, click Activate.
